Amazing foot Dr. I go to see Dr. Santamaria at the location in North Charleston and he never let’s me down. Check-ins are easy and he is great at fixing things if any problems come up. Recommends shoes and has someone come in to fit you for insoles if you need a customized pair. Recommend highly.

I have been treated for three different foot conditions by Dr. Cawthorne and although he seems to be giving me a shot every time I see him, he has helped me tremendously with my foot care. He has a great bedside manner, is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you before he performs any procedure. The office staff and medical assistants are top notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Cawthorne and Physicians Footcare for all of your Podiatrist needs.
