I went to him for left foot pain 10 yrs ago found out I have mortons nervoma Dr. Cawthorne treated me by giving me 3 cortisone shot 4 months apart and it worked great if not I would of had to get surgery. He’s a very easy Doctor to open up to and a great doctor. Unfortunately I lived downtown Charleston and I had to find another doctor because I had a bunion that was hurting me so I Found Dr. Ravenel DONT GO TO HIM HE MESSED MY FOOT UP WHEN I HAD SURGERY I should of gotten on the bus and seen Dr. Cawthorne. Anyone needs a good podiatrist go see him
Dr. Porsha Melcher is amazing! She takes the time to explain things to you and you can tell she really cares. The staff here is always friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend this place fr your footcare needs

Greatest doctor ever had for my child
Everytime I have been here the staff is friendly and they will take even if I’m 1 hour early. Dr. Miller is great and will listen to your concerns about your healthcare issues. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who need footwear and foot care.
