The staff is always courteous & respectful. The intake receptionist is always friendly & efficient, I have never had to stand at the window & wait on staff to help me (I had this issue @ their columbia office). Dr. Altman always has a kindness about her, she is very patient in answering questions, she doesn’t rush me. Robyn is the Diabetic Shoe associate there and she has the same kindness & very knowledgeable about different foot wear that are accommodating to your issues with your feet. Both Health Care personnel & staff are polite curteous & they make you feel welcome & they treat you like a person & not a number. I highly recomend Physicians Foot care of Cayce,SC, to anyone in need of a foot dr. Or diabetic shoes.

I had an appointment with Dr. Melcher today. She is very knowledgeable and very patient. She did a thorough examination and allowed me to ask lots of questions. She is compassionate and it felt like she truly wanted to help me recover. I would definitely recommend her. Her staff is also very prompt and courteous!
