Doctors are amazing but the messaging system they have is very bad

I have been under the care of Dr. Paul Shromoff and he has been the best. He took care of my problem right away and had the best bedside manners. The ladies in the office, Jessica, Keisha and Shelby are so friendly, pleasant, nice and sweet. The facility is clean and neat and I love the attached store to help you with all of your footwear needs! I would recommend anyone looking for a good foot care facility to try this place out, you won’t be disappointed!
I had the best experience for my first time visit with the Sumter office. Check in was speedy and efficient. It was nice to see a smiling face (well, eyes) when I walked in the door. I was called back in a timely manner. The assistant was pleasant and cared about me and my problems and listened well. Dr. Melcher was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to answer every question that I had without making me feel rushed. I left feeling like I had a great plan to take care of what I need to. Great team all around! The only thing I would say is that the office needs some updates. It seems pretty worn down.
Dr. Lemon was very professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my problem and I am happy and jogging again.
It’s very important (to me)for the front desk to be prompt in greeting me. I may need to wait until they have finished with someone ahead of me, just acknowledge my presence. Which they do. Equally as important is the nurse that preps me for the doctor to be friendly and concerned about my comfort, which she is. The doctor, Dr. Altman is always friendly and professional. Two qualities every doctor should show their patients.
Wonderful friendly staff dr. Mulcher is the best good bedside manners who’s very concerned about the well-being of her patient love it when I get to go and see her.
